By using this website and ordering from Cur Coats you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.  If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the website immediately.

Product, Pricing and Availability

All Cur Coats products are made to order, by hand, in Ann’s Scottish studio.

Every effort is made to keep a supply of fabrics in stock for you to choose from when ordering. However, from time to time the fabric choices may not be readily available and an alternative will be offered.  If it is necessary to purchase specific fabrics to satisfy your order, this may extend the delivery period.

All price information on the website is correct at the time of going online.  Cur Coats reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove content.

Cur Coats prices do not include VAT and is not VAT registered.

Safety and Wellbeing

Please ensure you supervise your dog when wearing all dog apparel. This is particularly applicable to the use of dog bandanas or coats. Cur Coats cannot be held liable for any injury sustained by an animal or human whilst wearing any of their garments/products. Always check there is plenty of room for movement around the dog’s neck when attaching a dog bandana or putting the dog’s coat over his/her head. As detailed in the sizing guide please allow a space for two fingers to fit inside the neck of the garments.

Age Restriction

Persons under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult when using this website. Any payment information provided must be with the permission of an adult.

Placing an Order – Security

All orders placed with Cur Coats, on this website, are processed through our secure shopping cart then payment is processed through the PayPal secure payment gateway.

When you place an order with Cur Coats, we will store your order details.

Delivery Information

As all items are made to order, the delivery periods will vary, subject to fabric stock availability.

As an example – if you choose fabrics from stock, the item(s) ordered will be despatched within 7-10 working days, subject to receipt of payment.

If you select a different fabric that is non-stock the 7-10 working days delivery period will apply from receipt of the fabric.

You will be kept informed on progress if alternative fabrics need to be ordered.

UK Postage and Package Charges

Free Delivery on all orders over £75.00.  This delivery is for second class (large letter or parcel) via Royal Mail or Courier services.  For parcels, a signature will be required on delivery.

We only post Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Next Day Delivery – If you are in a hurry for your item(s) please contact us directly ann@curcoats.co.uk or 07966 640064.  You will need to meet any additional postage charges.

Shipping Policy

At Cur Coats, our delivery service aims to ensure the safe shipment of your purchases, to the postal address specified on your order.

Cur Coats cannot, however, be in any way liable for a failed delivery, when it has been entered incorrectly on the address data.

We cannot process any orders to PO Box address.

Termination and Cancellation

Either Cur Coats or you may terminate your account. If Cur Coats terminates your account, you will be notified by email and any current or pending purchases on your account will be cancelled and will not be despatched.

Cur Coats reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, prior to processing payment and despatch.

If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to despatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

Communication Rules

All communications must be in accordance with the following:

  • You must not use obscene or vulgar language / content that is intended to promote or incite violence.
  • You must not submit content that is unlawful or objectionable. This includes, content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, ageist, sexist or racist.
  • You must not use our system for unauthorised mass-communication such as ‘junk mail’ or ‘spam’.

Cur Coats reserves the right to abort access of our internet services if your behaviour is found to be in conflict with our terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property

Cur Coats owns all the intellectual property rights on the products on this website and you may not reproduce, copy distribute, store or re-use material from the website without written express permission to do so from Cur Coats.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee an exact match to the product as displayed on your screen.

From time to time this website may contain links to other sites. Unless stated these sites are not under the control of Cur Coats and therefore assume no responsibility for the content of such websites.

Cur Coats conforms to the UK Data Protection Act.  Customers’ details will not be disclosed to any persons outside Cur Coats, unless required as part of the order process. More details are available on the Privacy Policy.

Returns and Exchange

Cur Coats do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

However, should you have a problem with your purchase please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve any issues you may have.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements / policies whereby we provide you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
